Is an AI phone receptionist allowed in Canada?
Yes, for answering incoming calls and messages. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant and whether the call is recorded, and anything the AI cannot answer goes to your team. We do not set up automated outbound sales calls, which need express consent under CRTC rules.
Can the AI speak Tamil and English?
Yes. Your AI understands and replies in English, Tamil, or both in the same sentence, by text or voice note on WhatsApp and by voice on the phone. We test it with your real customer questions before launch.

How do I pay, and what happens before I pay?
You receive a written quote in CAD with the scope, timeline, what is included and the payment schedule. Website projects are paid in milestones. The payment method is confirmed in your quote before any work starts.
Who owns the website, number and data?
You do. Your domain, WhatsApp Business account, phone number, website content and customer data are set up in your name. If you stop working with us, you keep them.
