Will the AI sound like a robot to my Tamil customers?+
- No. We use ElevenLabs voices trained on native Tamil phrasing, with prompt scaffolding written by Tamil speakers — not Google Translate. The agent code-switches between Tamil and English mid-sentence the way Tamil-Canadians actually talk (e.g. "Hi அக்கா, can you confirm the showing time?"). A native Tamil speaker on our team reviews and tunes prompts every two weeks.
What if my customer speaks only Tamil, only English, or switches mid-call?+
- All three are handled. The agent detects the language the caller opens with, mirrors it, and switches the moment the caller switches. There is no "press 1 for English" — that is a robot pattern Tamil-Canadians find condescending. The agent just keeps up.
Which calendar does it book into?+
- Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook are supported out-of-the-box. The agent confirms the slot verbally with the caller, sends a WhatsApp confirmation, and adds the event to your calendar within 60 seconds. If you use a sector-specific tool (e.g. Acuity, Calendly, Janeapp for clinics), we set up a webhook in the first 48 hours.
Is the agent CASL and PIPEDA compliant?+
- Yes. The agent only handles inbound calls (express implied consent under CASL) and any WhatsApp follow-up is sent only after the caller has explicitly opted in during the call. We log every opt-in timestamp, store recordings in a Canada-region data centre, and provide a 24-hour rolling export so your records hold up to a CASL audit. Recordings are deleted after 90 days unless you ask us to retain them longer.
How fast can you go live?+
- Starter plan: 7 calendar days from kickoff call. 14-day pilot: 48 hours from when you forward us your last 30 days of missed-call recordings. WhatsApp handoff is included from day one — voicemail-to-text takes another 3 days to wire up if you want it.
What happens to call recordings if I cancel?+
- You keep them. We export the entire recording archive as MP3s with a CSV transcript index and email it to you within 48 hours of cancellation. No lock-in. The recordings are yours — they are your customers calling your business.
How is this different from Dialbox, Voicefleet, or just hiring an answering service?+
- Two differences. (1) Tamil — none of those handle Tamil with code-switching. They handle English and maybe Mandarin/Spanish, but they do not handle the Tamil-English mix that Tamil-Canadian customers actually speak.
